CANCELLATION POLICY

We strive to fulfill all orders placed with us. However, there may be instances where we are unable to process certain orders due to limitations on quantities available for purchase, unavailability of stock, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

If your order is cancelled, our Customer Care Team will notify you. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the amount will be refunded to your card account.

Non-Receipt of Payment

Orders that remain unpaid will be treated as cancelled.

Cancellation by the Customer

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will cancel the order and refund the order value after deducting a US$10 cancellation fee. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped, which may occur within 12 hours of placing the order.

Refunds

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original credit card.
  • Check/Money Order Payments: If the payment has not been deposited, we will send a check/money order to the billing address.
  • Bitcoin/Ethereum Payments: Refunds will be processed via check/money order only. The refund value will be the order value, not the current price of Bitcoin/Ethereum.

Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days. For payments made by check or money order, additional time may be required for delivery and for the funds to be credited to your account after deposit.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in crediting the refund to the cardholder’s credit card account, as this is managed by the cardholder’s issuing bank.
